When can I trade on the platform?
Our platform operates 24 hours a day. On weekends and holidays, cryptocurrency and weekend/holiday assets are available on the platform.
Which time zone is used on the website?
The time on your platform is set to the time zone where you are.
Do I need to download additional software?
Trading is carried out on the web-platform and on IOS and Android mobile applications. The downloading of additional software is not necessary. We recommend
trading on the most current version of your browser with plugins and add-ins disabled.
Can I withdraw from my account money that I deposited before even though I haven't started trading?
Yes, it is possible. However, if you deposit funds into your account and decide to withdraw them before your trading turnover (the sum of all trades) exceeds
double the deposit amount, the withdrawal fee will be 10%. You will receive a notice about the necessity to charge a commission, and if you agree, the withdrawal
will need to be re-requested. This commission is charged extremely rarely and only in exceptional cases, and it is due to the high commissions charged by
payment systems for the withdrawal of funds. Detailed withdrawal conditions are provided in the Client Agreement.
How do I conclude a trade?
Depending on the type of trading you chose, the concluding of trading operations differs:
Select an asset, specify the amount of the trade, the direction of chart movement, and the closing time of the trade. The trade will close upon reaching the
selected closing time. If your prediction is correct, you get the investment amount + earnings depending on the current payment percentage on the asset.

What is an "up" trade?
It is a trade that is considered profitable if the closing price (quote) is higher than the price at which the trade was opened.
What is a "down" trade?
It is a trade that is considered profitable if the closing price (quote) is lower than the price at which the trade was opened.
What is "time remaining"?
Time remaining is the time range in which you can conclude a trade on the current asset with the selected expiration time.
What is closing time (expiration)?
The closing time of a trade is the time of its expiration, i.e., the date and time when the period of the concluded trade ends and payment is calculated based on
Do I have to make a deposit right away to trade on the ICM platform?
You do not need to make a deposit right away. You can start by practicing on the training account, get used to the platform and fine tune a profitable new strategy,
then go to the real account. You can also participate in free tournaments and earn real money for winning.
Why should I switch to the real account?
When you trade on the real account, you get real profits. You will have access to a lot of privileges and additional opportunities, for example, participation in all
tournaments and promotions on the platform, access to analytics, assistance from a personal manager, etc.
What is the minimum amount for an investment?
The minimum amount allowed for a transaction is 1 USD, and the maximum amount for a transaction is 5,000 USD.
Can I monitor my open trades?
Yes. Open trades are displayed on the chart and in the History section of the panel on the left side of the screen.
Can I see the history of all of my trading operations?
Information on all your concluded trades is located in the "History" section in the left panel of the traderoom.
Can bots or automated trading processes be used?
Automatic trading on the ICM platform is prohibited.
